1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Damas Technologies LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the goallll mobile application for iOS (the “App”) and related services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App except as expressly allowed by applicable law.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age requirements applicable in your country (including App Store age ratings). If you are under the age of majority, you may use the App only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. App description and service availability

goallll is a sports app for tracking World Cup football (soccer) tournament information, including live match scores and updates, favorite national team selection (“My Team”), group standings, match previews (lineups, head-to-head, stats), and daily tournament schedules.

goallll Premium is a paid subscription that unlocks full tournament access and related Premium features as described in the App.

We strive to keep content accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or real-time operation. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. Sports data may be delayed or incomplete.

Not currently offered: push notifications, user accounts, live video streaming, or betting/gambling features.

5. User responsibilities and acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Scrape, harvest, or automate access in a manner that burdens our services or third-party data providers
  • Misrepresent affiliation with us, FIFA, or any tournament organizer
  • Circumvent subscription, paywall, or technical access controls

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software (excluding third-party sports data and trademarks), is owned by Damas Technologies LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Team names, league marks, and tournament branding may belong to third parties. goallll is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA or any official tournament organizer unless we expressly state otherwise.

7. Third-party content disclaimer

Match data, scores, standings, lineups, and statistics are supplied by third-party data providers and may contain errors or delays. Information is provided for general informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of sports data. You should not rely on the App as the sole source for critical decisions.

8. Subscriptions and billing (Apple)

goallll offers an auto-renewable subscription:

  • Subscription name: goallll Premium (monthly)
  • Product ID: com.worldcup.damas.football.premium.monthly
  • Length: 1 month (auto-renewable)
  • Price: $1.99/month (display price may vary by storefront, currency, and applicable taxes)
  • Free trial: 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, where offered

8.1 Payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. All billing is handled by Apple; we do not collect or store your payment card information.

8.2 Auto-renewal

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price.

8.3 Managing and canceling

You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device settings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

8.4 Free trial

If a free trial is offered and you subscribe, any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

8.5 Price changes

Subscription prices may change as permitted by Apple and applicable law. Apple will notify you of price changes in accordance with App Store policies; continued use after a price change may require your consent.

9. Refund policy

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly. See Apple Report a Problem or Apple Support for assistance.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices — including optional analytics opt-in/opt-out in Settings.

11. Disclaimers

THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR CURRENT.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Damas Technologies LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP OR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Damas Technologies LLC and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law).

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY/JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country apply.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of [COUNTRY/JURISDICTION], unless applicable law requires otherwise. You may also have rights under local consumer protection laws.

16. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated in the App where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Apple Standard EULA

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

  • These Terms are between you and Damas Technologies LLC, not Apple.
  • Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
  • Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
  • To the extent these Terms are less restrictive than or conflict with Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”), the Standard EULA applies to the extent required by Apple.

If you do not accept a custom EULA in App Store Connect, Apple’s Standard EULA may apply in addition to or instead of portions of these Terms as permitted by Apple’s policies.
